Initially this will seem difficult but by the end of two months you will have conquered your nerves and build your confidence in chatting to girls.

Learn to Channel the Nerves. Some one shared this method with me once and I have used it many time to help me control the butterflies. You know now that it is an automatic response of the body to send the blood flow away form internal organ to the external limbs. There are many time where you will feel nervous and the butterflies will be churning in your stomach. Imagine the butterflies are flying in formation across your stomach.

Now you can use them to channel the nerves in a positive way making you more alert.

It will take practice to build your confidence. What are you confident at doing, how did you become that way? Usually it takes practice to do things automatically and with confidence. Transfer the skills you used to gain confidence in one area to other areas in your life, and you will be amazed how confident you will become.
